I love that the staff doesn't hound people. I bought my mustang last year and the price was extremely fair. I would most definitely purchase another car or truck here.
Called to inquire about a truck for sale and asked for CARFAX report. They didn't have one so spent the $40 to obtain it myself. Come to find out the truck they advertised having 126,000 miles actually has over 333,000. Great waste of $40 for someone else's false advertising.
I called about a 99 dodge Dakota. V8 5speed nice wheels. Very clean. 231000 miles. Listed for 4900. I called and offered 4000. The truck isn’t even worth 4000. Nunchucks less 4000. Kbb says 3400 at a excellent condition. Either way. I called and offered 4000. And the lady who answered the phone laughed at me and said “ You don’t make me offers, I set the price and that’s the price!” I asked if there was any room and she said again in a very rude and condescending voice “ No, the price is the price”.nI mean you wanna talk about customer service. I understand if you in too much on the vehicle and have to get a certain price for it. But that’s what you say. I don’t know how this place will stay in business by being sarcastic and condescending. Very disappointed. Would not recommend anyone deal with this dealer, or at least this woman at the dealership!
I called regarding a specific car to see if it was available and if there was any room for negotiations. The woman who answered the phone was not very clear and difficult to understand continually said no then the phone disconnected. I figure it was a service issue so I called again later, this time offering a small trade. She got very upset at my request and once again hung up on me. I don’t understand the audacity of their employees however, I don’t recommend giving them any service. Terrible business.
MR. Victor is a very honest up front man. He is trustworthy and patient with customers. He is knowledgable about vehicles. A great car salesman. I appreciate his customer service.
