Smoky Mountain Gold-Ruby Mine

This was our 1st time taking our granddaughter to a gem mine. She loved it! She found amethyst, topaz, and emeralds. They will also take the gems you found and make jewelry for you. We're having earrings made for her. Fun fun fun!

We bought a $60 bucket and my daughter enjoyed every second of the experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.

The kids had a great time. It was something fun to do with the family. The staff is friendly and helpful. A great activity for kids a visit to this area.

We came close to closing time and the gentleman was extremely kind and allowed us to take our time and finish the mining. The price was better then some of the other places we have been to.
