Dr. Dave is an excellent provider! He always takes the time to listen to me and treat my pain. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are all very friendly and I can't thank them enough for that. It is very stressful and difficult when you are dealing with chronic pain everyday. I am so glad that I was referred to Dr. Dave's office!

Let me say that Mr. Paulson is great. A kind and caring provider. BRANDY N. MOUNTCASTLE IS NONE OF THESE THINGS! RUDE, hostile, and a I don't care altitude is her thing.In today's medicine one would think that being polite is a given. Guess not. I was attacked by not only Brandy but her so called nurse.as well. I am a person who was seeking medical care.I am not a person who is rude for NO reason. Going in to details would take forever, but it comes down to their word against mine. So, I am the one looking for a new provider. Save yourself the trouble, and go else where. Unless you can see Mr. Paulson, check out a different office.

First I'd like to say that Dr. Paulson is a great Doctor and I will continue to see him until I find another pain dr.. Pain & Neurology network or (whoever is benefiting from these facilities) in Lillington an5d Benson is all about collecting your money. They don't care about you and your needs. Their main concern is collecting your money. I've had health insurance until 2 months ago and I've was self pay last month and this month as I will have Insurance again for next month. I called to ask if I could pay $40 toward my $72 payment when I go for my visit tomorrow and pay the remaining $32 in 2 days when my direct deposit goes in or I offered for them to draft it from my account. I was talking with Tanya, and she ask me to hold and she would find out. The answer was (no). I have to pay the whole $72 or I will not be seen. That is scary, bc I need my medicine as I wouldn't be able to stand the pain. That tells me that they don't give a damn about the patient. They don't care about your pain or withdrawals a person would have. They are all about MONEY. I've never been late. I've never missed an appt.. I offered more than half my payment and offered to give them my bank info to draft the remaining $32, or I would pay it in 2 days. I need them for my medicine, so why wouldn't I pay it. I will never recommend Pain and Neurology to anyone. Find a facility where they care about the patient. I understand they need to get paid but, things happen to honest people and this is how Pain and Neurology reacts. They will tell you to hit the road. We don't give a damn. Somebody please tell me if I'm wrong about this. I'm so done with them and will never have anything good to say about this facility.

The office girls always do their best to be helpful. Paulson is the best.
