Dr. Nailesh Dave

Been going to them for 9 years in February. Great place. Great care. Dr. Dave and the staff are wonderful. I've recommended this office many times. The people I've recommended this to have taken my advice and are seen as well. My son has seizures and Dr. Dave has gone out of his way to make sure my son is on the right medication and dose. I wouldn't and won't go anywhere else. I love this place.

I was told by the P.A that she was going to have me an MRI scheduled when I went to Raleigh Duke to have another MRI done. We could do them at the same time. My doctor knew the date of my MRI at Raleigh. So I go up there and there was no MRI ordered. Ok I was upset because I had wasted a trip up there. So I called the office manager and after our discussion about it I hung up. She calls me back and ask me if I hung up on her. I told her our conversation was over so I hung up. I didn’t want to get ugly with her. So she had me terminated from their office and told me I was abusive. How in the world can you be abusive because you hung the phone up. It really doesn’t make any sense. I would have thought this practice was better than that. The office manager just took it upon herself to do this. I guess they really don’t care about their patients. I think I had a right to be upset after I was lied too and just because she knew I was upset about it she terminated me. SMH

Don’t get cheated out of your time and money. This practice cares solely about herding patients through and getting their money. I took several hrs off work only to have to sit and wait for over an hour to be seen. Was seen by a pa that was clearly rushed and interrupted me constantly and discounted the affect that my injury (bilateral carpal tunnel and bilateral ulnar nerve entrapment) has on my career as a dental hygienist (apparently has no knowledge of what we actually do). Got charges an office visit for a wasted “chat.” Then, they wanted to see me back again for another conduction test, then a third time to have the test read and see where to go from there.(separate appointments=money, money, money) I got all of this done in one appt, for a single office visit fee when I was seen last year in Fayetteville. I couldn’t so much as get a returned phone call from the office manager when I called to see if there was anything they could do to condense the appointments. I own property in lillington and would love to keep all my dealings there, but not at the expense of receiving quality healthcare. Zero stars!

Dr Dave will initially see you as a new patient, but after that you see his PA. I've got chronic pain in my foot, not able to put a shoe on or weight bare at all, I'm on crutches too. Doctor Dave contributes to the opioid addiction problems that plague NC! All he's done in three months is hand me pain meds and anti seizure med prescriptions. I was admitted to the hospital for two days over morphine he had prescribed, when I got out he gave me a pain patch that was a very strong narcotic also, I refused to take it, after his PA attempting to convince me it was safe smh! I'm not looking to mask my condition but wanted help getting better, which obviously isn't what I got. This doctors practice must get a kick back from pharmaceutical companies cause that's all they do is hand out pills, I've never seen any place like this. This doctor is supposedly a neurologist, I failed to experience that, as the very reason I went to him. I've recently found another doctor that takes the time to listen to my concerns and when I call I don't get rude nurses or non compassionate people like at Doctor Daves office. I'd obviously not recommend this doctor at all, what a horrible experience! Just a suggestion Dr Dave, if you'd spend some of that big money you're apparently making towards your patients and clean house in your office, you may just grow your practice. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, definitely not a well run practice, you're definitely not in the medical field because you care about people, cause you obviously don't!
