My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle Perry. The first time we met her, she came out to greet us and it was cold outside. Her warm smile and disposition was refreshing. She offered a test drive for a Chevy 1500 Custom Trail Boss, and then waited for my wife , who was on the phone, to finish and then offered her a test ride. We left because we were not sure if this was the place we wanted to buy the truck from, and wanted to look around. A waste of time. We went to a Hendrick Chevy place in Greensboro. The sales agent tried to lie to us, and was so disrespectful. It made us realize how great of an experience we experienced at John Hiester and Gabby. I called her a couple days later, and she worked with me over the phone to get the ball rolling. By time we made it back to the dealership, the process was so quick. The dealership is not the largest I've been in, but certainly the best. A truly worthy 5 star experience. A great price and great experience.

My advisor Shanna is the reason I keep coming back. She gives the best customer service I have had in a very long time. As always John Hiester has done a wonderful job. The service manager went above and beyond and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and my truck was taken care of thank you guys I do appreciate it and I'll be back.

I have not had the best of luck with my vehicle, which I bought elsewhere. It has been in the shop with everything you can imagine from a shattered windshield to a new engine, transmission and crankshaft. But I love the staff at HIESTER. After having to bring my Jeep back for the 3rd time, nearly in tears and feeling defeated, Carol actually met me at the door with a hug. She is WONDERFUL. All the staff members have been. I have never been left in the lurch, there are always 2 or 3 people asking of you have been helped, they come and give updates, loaner cars if needed. Once, I even had a loaner that I didn’t like and they let me change it out. They value my time. The service is top notch and I’m so grateful! Kudos to everybody associated with that company! This was a very pleasant experience.nStaff was friendly, timely, and courteous.nHad an appointment, was met immediately.nStart to finish was under 2.5 hrs. Including the test drive. By far the fastest turn around I've had. Example, the last 5 vehicles I have purchased took on average 5 hours at other dealerships.

Purchased a new truck here earlier this year. Product Specialist, Jarrett, did a great job working with us. He made the purchasing process simple.nnTook the truck in today for the 1st scheduled maintenance..... Easy process, and a courteous staff in the service department.nnThey get a 5-star for sure.
