Truth be told, today’s experience was less than wonderful. I called last week and requested a quote for a sprayed in bed liner. I was quoted $400. I thought this was reasonable and scheduled an appointment. When I arrive at the shop today I was that the price was actually $499. Reluctantly I went ahead with the service. When I returned to pick up my vehicle this afternoon I was given my bill. Not only was I charged the $499, I was also charged another $49 and some change for a “shop materials.” This obviously upset me considering my original quote of $400. When I asked to speak to a manager about my price, he was rude. He cut me off while I was trying to speak and threatened to keep my keys if I didn’t pay the bill. I will absolutely reconsider ever doing business with them again.nnATTENTION! The service manager called me and made things right. I guess the guy I thought was the manager wasn’t. Really surprised that he called. When you go just make sure you clearly communicate what you want and price.

This is hands down best Dealership I've ever dealt with they stayed after hours to get all our stuff done..we came from Ft. Bragg. If I ever make another purchase this is where I'm going the salesman and the Finance were exceptional. Got our tags in less than 2 weeks...Not one complaint..❤

After a hit-and-run left our vehicle totaled, it was time to venture into the world of car dealerships – which unfortunately meant dealing with car salesmen. For us, the idea of a car salesman conjured the image of an aggressive talking-badger, hounding us until we purchased a vehicle. Without a car, this was a necessary evil. Fortunately, Lee at Capitol Ford wasn’t an aggressive talking-badger, but a kind human being who genuinely wanted the best for us in our new vehicle. He was highly-knowledgeable about the Toyota we were looking at, despite it being a Ford dealership. And through plenty of laughs and learning about Lee’s family, we ended up purchasing the car. It was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had – everyone we talked to through the whole process was genuinely caring and helpful. I’m grateful for Capitol Ford of Lillington for not only hooking us up with a fantastic car, but for making it a wonderful and easy experience.
