This is our second purchase from John Hiester Jeep in Lillington, NC. The reason we returned is the exceptional service we receive from their Service Dept. From the Service Manager to the cashiers, we are treated courteously and with complete professionalism. We are made to feel as if we are the most important customer in the building. They provide detailed explanations regarding the work they are doing on our Jeep and answer any concerns we have promptly. We drive 40 miles one way to deal with these folks because of how valued we feel.nP Fix
We were greeted quickly and politely by a wonderful sales associate, Darrin upon our arrival! He was polite in helping us with any questions. We asked to test drive what we were looking for and he had our vehicle pulled up and ready to go! We told him our intentions and he went right to work for us to get us an amazing deal!nWe finalized our deal with the BEST experience we have EVER had ( at 43/45 We have purchased several cars!) I have never had such great service buying a car before. Jimmy brought the car to my house to look at as I had an earlier appointment and couldn’t get out to Hiester. He was awesome, easy to work with. Paula in Finances went above and beyond for me and was as sweet as could be. Wonderful experience, will definitely recommend them to everyone. Everyone there were so helpful and kind. Great experience!!
It's an awesome place to get your vehicle serviced or to get another one! We've just bought another vehicle from them. It was painless. They know their business and I won't go anywhere else. I travel over an hour to get here. It's well worth the drive! This is the only place I bring my vehicles! Every time I've needed service, they've been there. Very nice people, awesome service done timely.
This review is in regards to my recent in shop experience with my '97 Dodge Power Wagon on Nov/Dec 2020. It was great! From day one I was treated courteously and even when I got frustrated (No, it wasn't anything on your end at fault) I was still treated courteously. I am especially impressed with Amy and Tyler. Those two ladies are fantastic - Don't let them go! Ha ha! It was so good to get my dad's pickup truck back with the knowledge that professionals looked it over and repaired/fixed everything I asked. Speaking of professionals, your Diesel Mechanic, Bob (or was it Bill?) is a great person to know. I'm very impressed with his knowledge! I have to say that the cost for repair was very reasonable and once again, I thank you for all the hard work you folks have/had done.
