Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

So first off they make my wife’s burger wrong. Read the receipt and the receipt is right. The burger was pink also. Then when called to complain to the manager she said, Vp well drive in and we’ll replace it. Told her we don’t live right around the corner and then she started having a side conversation and then hung up on the phone. We thought it just dropped. Well we have a discussion and attempt to call them back multiple times to say we would make the trip out because of how the burger was pink(finding out after she bite into it which was after we made the initial phone call). Sometimes busy and other times straight up being ignored. Final straw was knowing they ignored the call by calling with a different number and they answered the phone immediately. Worse customer service we have ever had at a hwy55. Very disappointed because we were excited for the new one but will not be a returning customer.

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I waited two and a half hours after ordering and then they came out and said THEY WERE INTENTIONALLY ONLY MAKING DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS AND REFUSED TO MAKE OURS AFTER SITTING THERE TWO HOURS.... YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY I WAITED TWO HOURS FOR MY FOOD AND THEY LITERALLY REFUSED TO COOK IT. at one point the people beside us asked to talk to the manager and she pushed their food through after they had been waiting for less time than us. When we asked she left then came back 30 minutes later and said no. I even at one point saw a guy eating in the kitchen while they refused to make our food. This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.nntldr: Hwy 55 TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY DO NOT GO THERE.

Awesome experience went to the drive thru yesterday on opening day and it was incredible the wait was long because they were very busy but I didn't mind at...my fiance and I ordered food and the food was awesome hot and very fresh we are going back today again for the 2nd time..by the way my first time eating frozen custard and it was AMAZING...we constantly be a returning customer we live right down the street...keep up the good work HWY55!!!!!
