I was supposed to have an appointment tonight at 8:15pm but Sadaf Ijaz rescheduled me within MINUTES of my appointment start time (see photo). I had confirmation emails AND a phone call this morning to confirm that I would be attending the appointment. I feel forgotten or like an afterthought. No concern shown. If I had forgotten the appointment though, I would've been charged 25$.
