Dr. Martin is the best DPM that I have ever seen. I have been seeing him since 08, and I have not met a better Dr. with the service I receive from him. His bedside manners are above the best. He talks in language that is easy for me to understand, without the medical terminology that most doctors use. Plus he answers all of my questions, and does not rush in and out the room.

My father-in-law has had DTI (deep tissue infections) for months now!! Since we have now gone to Dr. Martin he has been spending alot of time trying to save his foot. He even calls us personally to give us updates. You don't find that too often.

Dr. Martin was an excellent communicator and helped me feel relaxed. He was able to address my needs with diabetic foot care. However, Dr. Martin works for EmergeOrtho, a company whose values contradict strongly with my own. I also wonder how ethical the company is because I owed money ($3.79) and I was told by the front desk personnel that I would not be able to see the doctor if I did not pay my bill. I was told this same thing a second time when my bill was about $69.00. I did not know that I owed this money until I arrived at the office because I was not billed. My bill was never presented to me in writing. My medical concern was serious, as I was recovering from an infection from diabetes. EmergeOrtho priorities money over health care. So I had to leave Dr. Martin for a physician whose office with not threaten me with no health care if I owe them money, even $3.79. I wish Dr. Martin worked independently, but I understand how hard that is for doctors to function independently these days. So go to Dr. Martin if you can tolerate unethical matters from the front office.

Dr. Martin did a great job. I was in and out in a hour.
