I don't know what is going on with themnBecause I cancelled my child appointment 2 months ago they didn't want to reschedule it for me they told me to call back and I did the next day. They reschedule it in one month again for physical. My son has asthma and other allergies complications, so I was trying to schedule a sick appointment for him for a quick checkup and and be able to get some medicine refill. I called Thursday there was nothing available, they said call back tomorrow morning I did, nothing still, call again after 1:30 PM to schedule for Saturday morning. I did, again nothing call back Monday to check if there is anything available. I have been dealing with them for 10+ years.nNow, I am gonna take my child to the ER. I will keep the public updated.

They have newborns and the homeless people from open door in the same area. Its disgusting. My daughter has sleep apnea and was supposed to have a appointment to see a specialist that was 8 months ago.. They have never called back. Super rude and unprofessional

The worst decision I have made for my child.nAcquiring medical records and documents is a pain. What's the point of having an operator for medical records if they never answer the phone or return calls?

I'm not from NC however I can say this has been one of the best pediatrics clinics I've ever sent my children to.
