Dmv Eastrldge Mall

Lines are longer in the mornings and early afternoon. I mean long. Wrapped around the food court and down the escalator long. I went back around 4:00 pm and.the line was manageable. Was through the line, checked in for registration renewal then out of there in 40min. Unless you have the time and patience to arrive at 7:30am, wait in line until opening at 9:00am. I strongly recommend the later afternoon time. Be aware that they do close at 5:00pm though. Once inside the staff moves along pretty quick.

Very good system. After getting up to the teller I didn't have the correct paperwork. The teller told me when I returned to come right back to her. I did that and worked out great. My teller was very friendly and pleasant

That was the first time I was able to get in and out of the DMV. I had a 2 minute wait. But here is the best part. The customer service person was very nice and pleasant. My bill was a little higher than I thought. But she was so nice to explain it to me.

This DMV was packed from the door all the way down the elevator in fact they ran out of room.. there has to be a better system in place. I guess that's why I went to Morganton and did my business. Come on Gaston county!

We need more offices in gaston county..when you have lines all the way back to the rest rooms..that's a problem. Also could use some more workers. And more than one lady doing title work.
