We knew the van we were coming in for from online. The pictures they took were great and the setting up an inquiry to availability and a time to test drive was super simple. We had Max as our sales agent and he could tell us every thing we didn't know about the van and how it operated which was wonderful. We used to have a Toyota Sienna and were moving to a newer Chrysler Pacifica. He could thoroughly explain all the features and demonstrate how everything worked, was really attentive and helpful. If I could improve anything it would be the amount of time it took to process the sale, but we left the lot super happy and excited for our new purchase. Would recommend Ilderton to anyone! Don't hesitate just go and see for yourself.

I'm new to the Dodge family, I didn't purchase from Ilderton but they treat me like I did. I love dealing with one person in service, Jim Chester is excellent. He knows what's going on with my car and I don't have to explain it over and over. He stayed 45 minutes after hours for my vehicle to be finished because I needed it back the same day. I've purchased four vehicles in the last couple of years and each and every time they get the deal done.nI was able to work with Tracy the last two vehicles and she is the best. When making a big purchase like a vehicle it's important to have a sales associate who listens and explains things in a customer perspective so you can make informed decisions. Great service and a high level of commitment from start to finish.

I had a great experience buying my new FIAT 500X online from Ilderton—mostly through a series of brief phone calls. It was a great deal and hassle-free. They also delivered the car to me (nearly 200 miles away) which was a nice bonus. Oliver Quick managed the transaction and he was super nice and efficient—very communicative and easy to reach. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a FIAT. My local dealer did not have what I was looking for but Ilderton had a car with all the features I wanted.

Very fast and knowledgeable technician!nFrom the time I arrived at the dealership, the service advisor took great care of me and made sure I was fully informed of what all the procedures were needed for my car and the service manager was also very helpful and accommodating and really put my mind at ease by giving me a tour of the shop and introduced me to the technician that would be working on my car!! Super nice and very professional gentleman. I knew my car was in good hands.nGot my car back the next day and they had done a great job and man it is really running great now!nI will be going back there with my cars and trucks again for service.
