311 Auto Sales

I purchase a truck there and I fail to check everything which I can only blame myself for it, thinking that it's a dealership just maybe everything would be good. The oil was muggy and wouldn't be consider as oil anymore they never bother to even change it nor check radiator fluid or brake fluid. I was driving next thing I know the brake just went to the floor luckily there was no car in front of me. Than before I got the truck I notice the A/C didn't have any freon in it and the truck would sway to the right when the brake was push. I address it to the guy name Wayne out there which he agree to fix when I bring it back. So I brought it that Monday seeing that I bought it Saturday, took 2 hours just for them to put some freon in it after being told 30-45 minutes. Now that the brake is leaking he told me that they can check it but whatever the reason maybe I probably will have to pay for it seeing that I didn't bring it in, but there was no time limit to when I should bring it in in the first place. Also I had the truck for almost 2 months and still riding on 30 days tag, this is my second one because they said it haven't came in yet. Customer service was good when you about to buy a vehicle there but as soon as you drive off the lot you on your own. Even when I came back for my second 30 days tag I had to wait for him to finish showing NEW customer cars on the lot while me already a customer had to wait on him. It's sad because the owner now of this place is the same car salesman that my dad had buy 2 cars from back than when he was still working at Chevrolet on N. Main. Mike hardy is the name I can't never forget it cause he was a great salesman even after we took the car home he still treat us like the first day we was on the lot. I wish I can give this location a X more than a star, cause I feel like this place is a lost to spend money even though I have a 12 months warranty on power train I'm afraid that when something do go wrong they will make up something not to fix it. I actually met more people with complaints from this place than satisfaction so take my advice if you want a used car go to Peter Auto Mall they are better in customer service, quality of rides, and quantity. We bought 6 from them and they do provide carfax which this place don't.
