I received physical therapy for balance issues and rehab therapy from shoulder and bicep surgery.nThe facility itself is always kept very clean and sanitized, and the environment is one that always sets a person at ease and is comfortable to work in. You receive the individual attention that you need and each problem is addressed individually with a care plan for specific exercises to best help you heal and improve.nFrom the person who organizes your appointments, to the billing department, through the therapy you receive, the Compleat Rehab team is friendly, respectful, and professional. Tyler is excellent all the way around with his knowledgeable PT insights, methods, education of the patient, and personality for working with people in general! In my experience, the South Gastonia staff is top notch. Whether it be a billing issue, a scheduling change, or checking me in for an appointment, they have shown great professionalism and courtesy each time I have visited their facility.nnThe South Gastonia staff provides a great atmosphere, keeping the mood light and the facility clean. They take great strides to sanitize equipment after each client's use and they always wear their masks properly, which eliminates concerns for those worried about the spread of germs.nnMat Ashe has shown excellent knowledge of his field of expertise. From my first visit he has not given me one reason to feel uncomfortable or feel like I would not be able to trust him with my care. Any time I have had an issue with my recovery, whether it was an issue with muscle cramping, extreme soreness, or even me overcompensating with other muscles to slow down my progress, he has been able to quickly assess and address the problem to get me back on the road to recovery. He has not hesitated to try new methods to help me move forward in the healing process when I struggled to complete a task or when a method was not as successful as we might think it should have been. Since I am a diabetic, he has had the challenge of my body not healing as quickly as others but he has been a real trooper, continuing to encourage me and help me in any way he can. He has demonstrated great patience and genuine concern for the well-being of his clients.nnIn the 6+ months I have been going to physical therapy at the South Gastonia location, I have not found one reason to complain. I have been going to Compleat Rehab at 3719 Union Rd in Gastonia, NC for 4 Months now. Mathew Ashe, PT, DTP is My Physical Therapist, I can't say enough Great Things that He has done for Me!!! My wife has been going to the south gastonia office for several years for various ailments. The staff is always helpful and supportive. She is currently having physical therapy for a knee replacement. Tyler couldn't be a better therapist. I would recommend compleat rehab south gastonia to anyone who has needs for this.

Everyone at Union road location is so kind, professional and supportive, and physical therapist Matt is my HERO! I've been seeing Matt for much of the past year, 1st dealing with a hip issue that my doctor misdiagnosed (and that Matt correctly diagnosed!) and then later rehabbing after an extensive ankle/foot surgery. Surgery had a few unexpected complications, but Matt was always there helping me, and reassuring me that I'd get through! I know I'm able to walk normally and without pain today because of Matt. Such a thoughtful, kind, and thorough professional! I highly recommend!
