I went to Kay Jewelers looking for a gift. Staff was friendly & greeted me right away. The store was clean. I found what I wanted & it was on sale. I only shop at Kay Jewelers for my jewelry needs.

They will not replace my watch battery after I purchased a lifetime warranty. Their excuse was covid restrictions.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location! My ring went missing and the one I wanted was not available online during this pandemic. They went above and beyond to locate the ring over the course of almost a week, keeping me updated the entire time. Since so many stores were closed it was such a task and they tracked this thing down! They even drove to the store where they found it at to pick it up! I was almost in tears when they called to say they had it! It's beautiful! I love it so much and we will definitely be returning when it comes time to get wedding bands! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Very friendly staff not pushy at all. Very good prices.
