I went in to purchase Alex & Ani bracelets as gifts for different family members. I was having trouble deciding what to get since I wanted each one to be different.nThe lady I spoke to, I think her name was Mary, was so helpful. She asked me about each person I was getting a bracelet for. I told her about them and she gave suggestions. It made picking out the bracelets easier. I kept apologizing cause I took up so much of her time, but she told me that she would rather take the time to make sure I was happy with what I picked.nWhen she was getting all my stuff rung up, I asked about gift receipts, just in case. Other stores usually hand them to me and I have to figure out what each one goes with. That was not the case. She offered to put each one in the box with the matching bracelet, which I really appreciated. This definitely made things much easier for me!nIt's obvious that the staff at the store really care about their customers. I love the shopping experience I had at this store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I needed a new clasp for a gold chain and my wife needed her ring cleaned. We stopped by Reeds Jewelers and we are so glad we did. Ally noticed a prong missing on my wifes ring which could have been a disaster if we lost the diamond. Also, I thought I wanted my chain shortened so it went for repair, then I decided (the next day) it was better not to shorten it. Ally, jumped into action and got ahold of the repair folks and stopped them from shortening it. This took extra effort to make sure I received what I needed to happen. The ring and chain came back perfect. The ring shines like new money. Thanks Ally. Great job, Great customer service.

Went into our store yesterday to purchase a few new charms for my pandora bracelet. My mother purchased the bracelet and a few charms as a birthday gift for me. We have both bought many pieces of jewelry there but never again. I was asked to leave because I didn’t have a mask on. The state of North Carolina does ask us to wear one unless we meet the medical requirements which I do. I told your employee that I couldn’t wear one because of medial reasons but she didn’t care to hear that and told me to leave. I felt I was being discriminated against because of my medical conditions. Before you respond to this review with I can shop online I choose not too. I have had bad experiences shopping online for jewelry. My few hundred dollars I had to spend yesterday was very welcomed at another jewelry store where they didn’t require me to wear a mask due to medical conditions. My family and I will continue to use our new found jewelry establishment for future purchases. I also made sure to pass my experience onto social media. I wanted to let everyone know that your store would discriminate against them for having a medical condition.

5 stars is not enough to rate the experience my husband and I had at this REED'S!!nThe level of professionalism and honesty from the associate I talked to at this REED'S location about my rings was amazing. I had been to another jewelry store to see about cleaning my rings and getting them polished. The people at that store said I had 8 loose stones on my engagement ring and all the prongs on my band needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I went with my instincts and took it to REED'S for a second opinion! The lady that helped me at REED'S actually inspected my rings first. She said I had 2 stones loose, not 8. She showed me the difference between prongs that were still good and which ones were actually needing work. My husband and I were surprised that there was such a big difference in what actually needed work. We asked many questions, and she took time to explain everything that we asked about. Even though we weren't there to buy anything, she treated us like we were just as important as a paying customer. I forgot her name, but the service we received is the reason I will be going to this REED'S from now on for all my jewelry needs.

I have lifetime battery replacement on my watch through Reeds. I went into get it replaced but because of COVID, they can’t touch my watch. I do understand this current policy, but he seemed delighted to deny me service, and that is the reason for the 1 star. I went to the Kiosk down stairs, paid $8 and got my battery replaced in a few minutes while I waited.
