Arrive today to get daughter some stuff. The lady in the store was very rude to customers and got real snappy with my daughter when she was looking at the hair bow stuff. Checked out and asked her what her name was she said why I said I like to know who I’m talking with. She said Ashley. Ticket number #20160 store#5514 today at 1:28pm

I always enjoy coming into this particular Claire’s location. The staff and environment are always very friendly, helping, and everything is easy to find . Dyamond is super helpful and always has a outgoing and caring attitude. She always has excellent customer service which leads me to making the best purchases when I shop there.nnI will definitely be back soon!!!

Went in today to get my ears pierced absolutely loved the options they had. The girl was super calm and patient with me while I was deciding and genuinely seemed excited to be doing what she was doing. I was so pleased with the finished product. 100% will be going back for more!

I absolutely love this store not only is everything super cute but the customer service is incredible. They always want to help you find exactly what you need. Forever my favorite store!!!!

Always wanted to getvall 3 girls of mine ears pierced here but when its time to do i always chicken out anyways what i am trying to say is this is only place i trust to pirce baby ears they are very perfessional and do both eara at once so its fast and less pain highly recommend very kind and patient employees and very clean store
