Communication is absolutely horrible! I have to call back because I never get call backs. I feel rushed when I call and speak with the front desk. I am desperate to get my child help and it's almost like no one really gives a hoot. Daughter referred for counseling and was to specifically be scheduled with a young therapist. Well, we had an appointment offered with an older gentleman. I have called and left a message for Tonja about other therapist options and still haven't heard anything even after I left a message with front desk AND sent an email.

Dr. Norman is awesome! She always takes time to listen if I need to talk to her about something. She is very trustworthy & will do whatever she can to help you!! Great doctor!!!

Tonja Norman is great. She spoke with my daughter before and she referred her to a great counselor that she still sees to this day and he is an absolute blessing for helping g her. Also this is my second visit with her and she listens to me and provides any feedback that she can to help me. Overall she is great and I would highly recommend to anyone of her office. I thank mrs norman everytime I go in for my visit of how well she is did with the counselor she chose that wild best suit my daughter and her needs/issues she has been struggling with.
