Dr's are amazing!! The front desk staff have gotten a whole lot better from just 2 years ago. Used to be everyone was hateful!!! Now, most are extremely friendly. I appreciate the new faces and attitudes, but the reason for the 3 star's, and that's pushing it, is because if you need a prior authorization for meds, you can forget it!!!! If you don't have 2 to 3 months to wait and do without the medication, you might as well get the Dr to change it to something that doesn't require one. Calling is a waste of time. Leave messages.... who cares obviously?? I would give a better rating if they would prioritize people's medication and get someone capable of doing the work required for the prior authorization department.

I would give a four your five star review but the staff at the front are very rude my doctor is very friendly she don't seem to ask me alot of questions she does ask me how my meds work for me the front desk don't care about nobody you can forget about calling they want answers the phone

I strongly recommend Pavana treatment center, not this place. It’s in Gastonia and they take Medicaid. They are new and growing! I’ve never been treated with such respect and compassion, unlike my time with Ella at Psychiatric Services. Ella was my PA and I don’t recommend her at all. The very first day I met her she accused me of lying to the appointment setter. She said they didn’t write down I was there for Suboxone treatment. She said she didn’t have room for a new patient and that I lied to get in sooner or something ?? It makes no sense especially when my insurance required a referral from my primary doctor and I had to fax that to them before I even got the appointment.nYou can tell she just doesn’t have the compassion for people in recovery. Theres new staff every month you go in there. You can tell the employees don’t feel appreciated. Soooooo thankful I found Pavana ud83dude4fud83cudffcud83dude4fud83cudffcud83dude4fud83cudffc
