I have had nothing but the highest standard of foot care by Dr. Eubanks. She is very attentive & knowledgeable when explaining the course of care for your feet. I would highly recommend her for you foot care needs.

Dr Eubanks was attentive to my symptoms and took the time needed to diagnose me. She was very thorough talking about preventive care and my road to better foot health.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Loved the Dr. However, waited 6 weeks for a call to let my wife and I both know our shoe inserts were ready.......at seven weeks I finally called. I was told by Roxanne the office Mgr, that they were waiting for the INS to pay?? I called my insurance, they knew nothing of it, turns out that they had not been billed!! I called back immediately and let Roxanne know; she asked for seven days, PROMISED SHE WOULD GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT......I waited for 21 more days until I finally called again. This time she told me the billing company, had not billed my INS. I asked to speak to the Dr.........Roxanne then told me my INS company had not paid and that was the problem, then tried to brush me off, I would have now of it asked to speak again to the Dr......Roxanne put me on hold for 10 mins, came back and said the Dr. Was with a patient. In the meantime my wife and I are in pain, because of their incompetence. We are still waiting!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS DR! Especially if you are in pain!!! I can only imagine the $$$ she is losing due to a horrible office staff......how hard can it be to bill an insurance company!! We have NCBCBS and have NEVER had a problem like this before!
