Norma Jean does all of the travel arrangements for the Wenatchee senior center and chaperones the trips. I have gone on three trips with the group- Lake Cour 'd Alaine Christmas cruise , Alaska inside passage cruise and coach(bus) tour of Scotland. All of the trips were well planned and executed. Norma Jean is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all aspects of your travel needs. She has assisted me with non-group travel plans and unfortunately, paperwork for trip cancellation insurance. There is no ADA(handicap) parking and a steep flight of stairs to navigate to access the business. If I have difficulty walking up to the building, she comes down to my car. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, even the unofficial greeter canine. Overall, great experience.
