Gaston County Courthouse

I have a texting and driving ticket that I'm not guilty for. I informed them I have COVID and they said I have to show up for court anyways. They were informed and if I'm paying a court fee I'm going to court march 4th. They are also bad at telling you when they change your court date.

@ Donato Rondinelli I apologize that your lack of awareness or selective perception has led you to believe that everyone who visits the courthouse are criminals the courthouse is the brick and mortar to get and file legal documents also to some even their place of work ,may your day be blissful.

Very Rude people that work's inside the Court House.... I'm going again today and really dreading it.....They all act like, They got there Lay-off Slip and it's there last day at work.....As a Tax Payer, you would think the people that work for us (Tax Payer) Would be more Cheerful and Helpful........But they really assume that eveyone that is at the Court House is a Criminal...... But that's not the case..... I'm trying to get a check from the Clerk of Court, From My dad's attorney through PROBATE..........Made 1 Trip about 2 months ago and she told me that i had to get a Affidavit to get the Check..... So I'll be bringing it today....... Quess will see what Happens...??

Place is just a money racket. A simple misdamenor larceny less than $50 got 2yrs probation plus that's a payment to be on probation of about $500 community service 40 hrs ,that's a weeks at check and finally court cost and any fines . $250. Total almost or more than $1000.

Telling the truth in court doesnt work! You need an attorney and those can cost more money than most people make in a lifetime!! If you dont pay the attorney and keep paying and keep paying and keep paying then you lose. I spent $250,000 and when i ran out of money I lost even though I truly had the truth on my side. Also agree with other reviews the clerks treat you bad no matter how nice you are.
