Fairly easy process selling my car. Quick appraisal and offer that matched online quote. Young lady that handled the purchase was inexperienced, but worked hard to keep the process moving forward. She did a great job in getting everything completed quickly. In and out with bank draft in hand within 1.5 hours even though that location was very busy.
I have bought two cars from CarMax and sold one car to CarMax. Each transaction was fair, easy, and thoroughly done. From start to finish, they made it very easy (finding and reserving my car online and then purchasing it ... also scheduling a time for them to view my car and give me an offer). I am very pleased with them. When the time comes to purchase another car, I know that I will be going to CarMax.
Do not recommend at ALL. I was coming to buy a vehicle out right!! Had a older man “help” me and he didn’t AT ALL. He basically searched one car for me and told me that’s all i could get “out the door” within the price range i could spend.nnSo i left and the following day bought me a beautiful SUV!!nCustomer lost, should of listened when people told me NOT too come to this place.
Such a pleasant experience! From working with Lawrence on the phone to Wally in Office! We found just what we were looking for..a reasonably priced used vehicle in great shape with low mileage. 5 stars all the way!!!
Buying through CarMax for the first time was an exercise in relaxation. I found the car I liked and made contact with a representative. They made arrangements for me to view the car and test drive it. I had it by the weekend. Linda and Drew were awesome to work with. I never felt any pressure and that was an amazing car buying experience for me.
