Gastonia Nissan

Great service received! Some things I just prefer to have done by the dealership and this visit didn't disappoint. Tyler was very helpful and provided excellent service. Didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't crucial and worked with me to make picking up my car convenient. Each worker that I saw were taking safety precautions and I absolutely felt safe in the environment while dropping off my car and working with the service advisor Tyler.

Went today for an oil and filter change. The staff is excellent in getting you in and out in an organized and friendly atmosphere. So why change from a five to a one star. I was headed home and heard scraping sounds coming from the engine. I pull over keeping the engine running and no noise is heard. I inspect the engine and find that I was dragging the front engine insulator. This part must be removed in order to get to the oil filter abs oil drain plug. I zipped tied it in place and continued home. Once I got home the drivers side had come off and I was dragging it. How hard is it to tighten bolts down for an ASE certified mechanic. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was another free oil change. I’d rather pay for quality service. Thank goodness I happen to have some zip ties. I would have lost the $230 part. Now to order new screws and put it back together as it should have been done at the dealership.

Gastonia Nissan were really good, bought a used car and really had no problems, Except the price, We had to Negotiate the price a little bit. Also had a issue with Air Conditioning leaking into the cab that was Obviously there when we bought the truck but they took care of it fairly quickly With minimum cost.nnUpdate:nI found out approx. 1 month later that they did not fix the water from the air conditioner leaking inside the passenger side of the truck with mold growing on the carpet. I took the truck back to the dealer service dept. The next day, Jerry the Service guy called me and said that they were sending the truck to the Ford service due to they could not diagnose the problem, and told me that I would have a diagnostic fee, along with repair bill. I reminded him that I have already paid them a repair bill, And still did not fix it. And Still under the 90 days since we purchase the 35000.00 truck. He told me that he would see what he could do. BUT, a few days later after me calling continuous, He told me that the truck was fixed along with a 300.00 repair bill that was wrong when I purchase the truck, Just did not know it. I was Furious !! No Help with the cost What So Ever!!! I requested to speak to the General Manager, So he call me the next day and said he would see what he could do, But that was the end of that. Also they did not even clean the mold out of the carpet. Very Disappointed in Gastonia Nissan, I will Never Buy Another Car, or Truck from them EVER AGAIN, They WILL NOT take care of their Customers

Our experience with Gastonia Nissan was great! We went in knowing what we were wanting from looking at the selections online and from getting some assistance from our favorite service guy Kenny who always helps us with our service/maintenance. He knew we were looking for a Pathfinder and was quick to let us know when he saw one he thought we might like. Excellent service! The definition of going over and beyond to help!nnWhen we got there, Sam (the salesman we worked with) was ready and willing to help! He gave us great assistance without all the pushiness you can sometimes receive from a car salesman. Leon got the deal set for us without any hesitation and Anthony helped us with all the paperwork to get the deal closed! We were out of there with our new car in a breeze! Thank you to the awesome staff at Gastonia Nissan for a great experience purchasing our new car! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!
