The only thing that is good is how nice the guys are. With that being said I feel they are very slack on necessary paper work. My husband bought a truck from there in December, it’s now almost April and we still don’t have a tag for it. Also the truck had to go in their shop for work and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or tell me what’s wrong with it. It has been in their shop for 3 weeks now and no one will talk to me.
Such a wonderful family to work with! John was a very patient, well mannered, kind and caring gentleman. The experience we had at Real Steal Auto was nothing less than amazing. We will be life time customers. I highly recommend this family owned company!
