Publix Super Market at Hoffman Village

I live down the street and always shop here. 9 out of 10 times the cashiers usually greets you before ringing you up. Janice didn’t say a word to me. But Natalie came over to bag my stuff and greeted me right away. That’s great customer service on Natalie’s part to keep the customers wanting to come back to such a friendly environment.

Customer service was fast and friendly as always. Clean store and parking lot.

Everyone I encountered at this Publix were kind, welcoming and courteous. Matt in produce helped me with my balloon order and was very pleasant and prompt as he knew I was in a bit of a hurry. I will be returning even though this store is out of my way to visit. Fantastic customer service.

Everyone at Publix has the best customer service! I would like to mention the young man who checked me out, because he exemplifies exceptional customer service...good eye contact, very mannerly and happy to be working. His name is Ahmad.

I wanted to rate it a 0 but at least the store was clean poor customer service I asked a worker if they had an item and he told me they been out of it for weeks a couple of steps later I find it.I would have reported it to a manager but they didn't really seem to care anyway.
