Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very clear and honest about what they were doing and what they advised doing for my car (and why). I love this AAA Car Care Center location and use them as often as I can!

Service reps were friendly and communicated well, didn't try to upsell me on things that didn't need to be done/that I didn't already know needed to be addressed and they completed the service in the time they stated. Their waiting area could use a few more chairs but I went to the Target while they completed their diagnostics (bought more than I intended) and the service rep was kind enough to let me bring the cart in the lobby. He also returned the cart for me ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

The staff is very kind and helpful. They will try to answer any question you might have, as best they can. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Very nice place. I had a flat and got towed here. They didn't have the tire I needed and would have to order it, but they got me in right away and referred me to a nearby place and were very kind and helpful. And it's right by target so I could shop while I waited!

I usually have a good experience here. The last time I went to have my battery checked out because I had some dashboard lights flicker on and off. After about 4 hours I called and was told it was just a sensor that needed resetting and it was ready for pick up. I went to go pick it up and then got in my car to leave and all of the lights were still on. I then was told it hadn’t even been looked at and that it wasn’t ready (I was taking time out of my work day to go get it). Then I go home and wait and then get a call saying they didn’t get to look at it that day and they wanted to keep it overnight. Then the next day I now owed $400 for a new sensor. It was overall a really frustrating experience and I was annoyed with how the situation was handled. If they were too busy that day I would have been happy to take it in the next day. It was also frustrating to have taken the time to go get it when they told me it was ready and they hadn’t actually even looked at it.
