Difficult to find this place and no one is as willing to answer the phone to assist you as they are in informing you that their hours of business have come to a close.
I paid a down payment of $202 for my friends destination wedding. My friend canceled the trip and I was told by Marsha that my friend was still taking the trip and that I should check with her before I cancel. I advised Marsha that I would double check but I was certain that my friend canceled. I was advised by Marsha that I could use the $202 toward another trip if I wanted to. I advised Marsha that I wanted her to send me a few trips to chose from. I had to call Marsha on three different occasions and didn’t receive anything either time. Each time I called her she had no clue what she’d previously spoke with me about. Now she’s saying that I was the one that canceled. Marsha was eager to book a whole new trip for me but stated that my $202 won’t be applied to my trip. Don’t book with these people. They don’t have a clue what’s going on and are money hungry to take your money with no real plans of planning a nice vacation. Still fighting for a refund..
