I picked this facility to do a pre-employment drug screen as it is close to where I was currently working. The office staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming as I came in the door. I worked directly with the manager Ashley who was a very warm, inviting, yet professional person. They got me in and out of the facility in a timely manner. It is also very clean facility which is very appreciated. All in all, I would definitely visit this facility for Urgent Care needs also.

I must say that my experience with this location is wonderful and the receptionist is Excellent. She is very helpful and informative, as well as the other ladies in the location. The wait is not long, and you pretty much in and out. I would surely recommend this location.

Everyone is so nice and the lady at the front desk is AWESOME!! I would recommend this place to anyone. You may have to wait a little to be seen but all in all it was a great experience. My 11 year old daughter had to be seen for covid symptoms and I am beyond pleased with our visit. Thank you to the staff!!!

Fantastic service, very helpful staff, short waiting times. Ashley was very well informed about the processes and assisted me in getting the help I needed. She kept the flow of the operation moving quickly and was able to get me in within 30mins despite the busy waiting room. I highly recommend going to the FastMed Urgent care at 1024 S Main Street in Kernersville.

I was very favorably impressed by how quickly we were seen. All of the staff were friendly and kind. I was especially impressed by the PA Jenny Baucom.nI would not hesitate to return.
