Great experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Worked with Ted for over 45 minutes, he was very knowledgeable and professional in our transaction. Would definitely recommend this store, had a great variety of jewelry, electronics, music instruments and a large selection of construction tools.

I went to Picasso pawn shop in Durham store 9. I had several items that I was looking to sell. Esther and Angel was of great assistance. They where very respectful and polite. Top notch customer service. I would recommend this store and these two wonderful ladies to anyone. I will definitely be returning to patronize Picasso pawn.

Deonte was very nice and courteous as I came in. Offered to help carry in the stuff I came in to sell. He also gave me the best deal I could’ve asked for. Great employee!
