Judy was very helpful and friendly as she did my first time ever ear piercings!nThey turned out great and healed without any problem!

I was recently in the store to get my daughters ears pierced. I just wanted to take a moment out to say thank you to Dominique for such great service and patience. She did an amazing job and got us in and out fairly quickly! I also have to recognize the fact that she did a great job with sanitizing the area and explaining the process. I’m sure the other employees are great as well, but from personal experience, I’ll have to recommend Dominique if you’re planning to go to Claire’s for ear piercing.

Lots of people make it hard to move around but it's still a great store

False advertising online! Store would not let me get a refund and corporate in Florida is not assisting me! I filed a complaint with BBB due to this horrible service! They are advertising an AirPod case as if it's AirPods Pro and it's NOT! I have Pros! And they will not handle my shipping cost to mail the items back that they got wrong! The earrings are the wrong size in mm. I know because I already have the smaller ones and I was ordering sizes up but they mailed me small ones which are incorrect! I'm so done with this company!
