I had two rings that I wanted combined. I visited Reeds and Leslie was very patient and understood what I wanted the result to be. She worked with me and I finally got the ring I wanted. She was professional, friendly and treated me like family. She was so accommodating. My husband & I have shopped Reeds for years and always been treated well but Leslie goes above and beyond in her customer service!! Great experience and great service!! Will go back for all my jewelry needs.

When I walked into Reeds, I had no idea what I was doing. Michael Clark approached me and I told him I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend and also wanted a sterling silver chain in the future for myself. After about a half hour of him showing me different ring options, I finally found the one I was going to get. He was very patient and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend you going to Reeds and asking for Michael Clark because he's very respectful and personable and will get you the best price.

We walked in this store with no idea what the brand or designs would be like... but I am so glad we did! We had such a beautiful experience selecting and buying a ring for myself. The staff is patient, pays attention to your needs and very welcoming. They have really intricate jewellery designs in different price range. Alot of them in each for you to decide. Ms. Leslie Duncan helped me from start to finish and what a wonderful person she is! She made my shopping experience a memorable one! Thank you!

I received a ring from this store for Christmas but it didn't fit correctly and I had to go back into the store twice to get the perfect fit. Michael Clark helped me with this both times and was very patient throughout the process. Very thankful for his help and would definitely use him again in the future.

I have been shopping at REEDS Jewelry at SouthPoint Mall for about 2 years now and I can honestly say this is the best customer service I’ve ever received in a jewelry store. The store manager Michael Phillips, has done nothing less of making my shopping experience feel like a luxury. His charisma, passion, and respect sell the jewelry itself!
