Ike was the most amazing Fink's representative I could've asked for when picking out my graduation ring. Ike communicated with my prior to coming in to verify that they had the ring I was looking for in store. He was very attentive to my wishes and informed about the products they carry. Ike was positive and patient the entire time, even when I was debating between many different styles of rings! He also introduced me to Christine who helped me get my ring sized and picked up in three days, which was amazing and so unexpected! Christine and Ike were an amazing team and it was such a pleasure to work with them. I am so happy that these two were able to help me purchase and get sized for the graduation ring of my dreams!

My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Allan at Finks at Southpoint. This location has an extensive collection of luxury timepieces and their sales team is phenomenal. Allan was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. His no-pressure sales approach was much appreciated and put us at ease when shopping for a new watch for my husband. It was very apparent that he takes great pride in his customer relationships and genuinely wants to help each customer find their perfect piece. Had a great experience at Fink’s several months ago buying a watch to give to my dad who was retiring. The watch I was looking for was in limited supply and somewhat hard to find. Joey the sales associate was exceptionally kind and professional. He helped me find the watch at another store and get it shipped over. I later got the watch engraved and my dad loved it! At the same time I was buying the watch I had my own watch serviced by their certified watch specialist on site who did an excellent job. Now my watch is running even more accurate than when I bought it.

From start to finish our experience at Finks was all class. The staff offered to hold our item for multiple days until we could travel from out of town to make the purchase. At no point did we feel like anyone was trying to sell us anything. The staff was simply there to assist you in any way they could. The entire process was stress free and we couldn’t recommend Finks more.

Worked with Carlos on a Rolex and had a great experience. He was always quick to respond to text messages about different watches that were available, even on his off days. I will definitely be buying more pieces from him in the future.
