Swarovski Streets at Southpoint

Terrible customer service day after Christmas....not sure if it’s routine. Apparently if you buy online and try to return here you are considered a second class citizen. Never shopping Swarovski again.

Went in tonight to look for 2 pairs of earrings and left with 3 pairs and a bracelet. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was absolutely fantastic. The other team members were on point as well, going so far as to offer a chair and a bottle of water to my friend who was not down with my shopping shenanigans today.

Bought an engagement ring online from Swarovski. Not even 3 months later the ring is deteriorating.. my fiancée did nothing but baby the ring. Would even go to the extent to not even wear it if it rained.nnSo thinking Swarovski would replace it, for it being faulty. We went into the Southpoint location.nnFrom there we were basically told it was our fault.. the manager asked my fiancée if she had washed dishes or washed her hands with her ring which she had not. EVER. Don’t that. She said she didn’t and the manager replies “Are you sure about that?” As to say we were lying.nnSwarovski is actually low grade material and it will change the color of your skin. Don’t let them fool you. I bought a ring from there thinking it would be worth it.. bought a ring from ModGents that is better quality and less expensive.nnThat being said. I will never recommend Swarovski. I also will never recommend going into the Southpoint location. The Male manager is rude and unprofessional.

It used to a friendly store. Now I enter, 3 out of 4 sales representatives would just stand there, no hi, no interaction with anyone. 1 out of 4 would stare intensely as if I want to steal something. What happened to this store?!

Horrid customer service. I drove 25 miles one way to return a Christmas gift bought at their store. Was told I needed to come back during the week. I came back with the documents today, Tuesday, was was turned away. Saying the manager would call me. Never called. I called Crabtree and they will take it back. Put over 200 miles on my car to be treated rudely by Carolina the “manager”. I’m a Swarovski member I did not expect this. Go to Crabtree. Stay away from south point.
