My husband’s appointment on Monday at Hearing Life with Rick was a wonderful experience. Rick is very knowledgeable in the hearing industry. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail in a way we could understand. We appreciate his time and patience. Martha was very helpful and provided us with the information we needed prior to the appointment and helped with insurance questions. Rick and Martha are very professional and have great customer service skills. I will be happy to refer friends and family to the practice.
