Okay doctor but unprofessional assistants. I have never been to that old location where this staff came from, but have been lucky to have had a couple of good Dr 's and assistants from other duke clinics. This last visit she greeted someone sitting in the lobby who was not a patient, and could not even say hello a smile or nothing. Dealt with that kind of assistant in the past UNC hospital but never had issues at a duke primary. I will never go back because of that assistant with the long locks and I'm not impressed with her. This made me appreciate my last doctor even though she's extremely busy because everone loves her, I will have to accept that. That assistant needs to find another field of work if she can't treat everyone equal. I hope I get a survey to complete for my last visit.
