When I first moved out here I needed a place to go. I put it off for a while before seeing the reviews. I decided to choose this place due to location and reviews.nnI went today for a double fill:in and was a bit nervous. But my girl Tia calmed me down!!! We were laughing and she was very professional and pleasant. I'm really glad she was there to calm my nerves a bit first.nnThe doctor is amazing. She is so sweet and considerate. If you're looking for a place to go that really makes you feel cared for I suggest here!!!nnIf my girl Tia is reading this - HAY GIIIRL!!!

Very good dental experience! Dr. Qian is a great dentist and Angelique is a great Hygienist! My visits are always great and the facility is nice and clean! Thank you Southpoint Dentistry!!

Today was my first visit at this dentistry and I will definitely be a returning client! Dr.Qian and my dental hygienist Angelica (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), were both super sweet and kept me informed of everything they were doing as they were doing it. If you’re looking for a new dentist I recommend Southpoint Dentistry 100%!

Dr. Qian is kind, gentle and professional. After having a bad experience at another DDS, Dr. Qian did a great job and I will continue to use her.

I have severe dental anxiety and overall have dreaded going to the dentist since I was young. Every negative experience possible with a dentist, I’ve had it! I was held down when I was young and the dentist kept working through my pain. When I was a teenager, I had root canals done. That dentist did a horrible job and all those root canals had to be redone because he left part of the root in there. There aren’t many people I know that have had to had so much work done on their teeth or who have had negative experiences with the dentist so I always just kept all my dental struggles to myself. I had randomly found another person who had a similar dental woes and my friend recommend me go to Dr Lily Qian. My first time going I was so nervous. I didn’t sleep the night before. I am so happy to say, my entire visit, from start to finish, was wonderful. I had stress the entire time there but every person greeted me with a smile and patiently listened while I told them my horrible experiences and why I was so scared. The person who did my cleaning talked me through everything she was doing. She was so kinda and empathetic. While I was still nervous the entire cleaning, she stopped frequently to let me calm my nerves. When Dr Qian came back, she stopped everything she was doing and literally held my hand while I told her all my dental woes. Then she was so gently and slow with my teeth, checking frequently if I was ok! This experience was over a year ago, right before everything shut down with the pandemic. Today I came back in for a cleaning, for the first time in a year. Once again, I was so nervous and stressed at what might have crept up in the last year. And once again, every person I can in contact with was so kind and patiently listened while I told my story. And once again, Dr Qian held my hand and listened to me talk about how the pandemic had kept me away from getting regular cleanings. I had a great experience at the dentist! Something I never thought I would ever say. If you have dental anxiety or want an office with staff that take their time and or personable, this is the office to go to! Now I can’t say I’m excited to come back for my next cleaning, but I will say I don’t think I’ll be losing sleep the night before my dental appointments anymore! 10 stars!!
