I ordered online for pickup, but didn't have much time to give the staff for pickup, as I was rushed to get home. Staff were very helpful and patient with me, even though I arrived shortly before closing, at the end of a long Boxing Day, and I know they were all quite tired from a busy holiday season. Kudos to all! And thank you!

Large store with 2 levels of books. There was a store employee at the door to assist you where to go to locate the section of books that you are interested in. The check out line went a little slower than I anticipated but it was a good experience.

Snotty staff, less than thought out covid procedures, expensive. Gone down in my opinion.

Staff very helpful. Picked up several books from my list of wants. A staff member saw my hands full and brought me a basket. Like the discount for being a member.
