Panera Bread

Midafternoon, Quick service, Sandwich good , chowder warm not hot, store seemed messy especially floors. Our table had to be cleaned-probably short staffed like many restaurants. Cashier cleaned it.

Picked up a to go order. When I got it home and unpacked it I found an apple as shown in the included photo. How do you not see that? How do you give that to a paying customer? There are plenty of other options in this area. Skip this location

Been to a lot of good Panera’s and expected good service as they’re pretty consistent. Was running on a schedule so ordered ahead of time for curbside pickup where they run the order out to you. Got confirmation it was all ready when I was still 5 minutes out. Arrived and pressed I am here and said would have someone run out shortly to my vehicle description to bring it out - great! Waited 10 minutes. Tried to call no answer. Went in to ask about it and rudely told it was on the shelf for INSIDE PICKUP orders and not curbside without so much as a glance. Never ordering here again unless I have time to waste.

They have improved not forgetting ingredients in my Greek salad.

This location is better than the one in Chapel Hill! I love the friendly customer service! I feel very welcome and cared for here!
