Dunkin'

I'm a regular here around 3 ish in the afternoon. Fast and friendly service with a smile. That's what keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work guys! We appreciate you!

I’ll come to this location every morning before work to grab coffee and a breakfast wrap cashier Justin is always at the window to greet me with a warm greeting and a warm smile he always gives great customer service I look forward to get Coffee every morning

If you're used to Dunkin Donuts in the Northeast, be prepared to lower your standards at this location. Best, actually, to abandon those--or any--standards entirely. If you like sitting in long, incredibly slow moving drive thru lanes, this is the place for you. Bring a book. And a supply of water and other basic necessities, because you're going to be here for a while. Never fear, though, because the end of your slow exodus will end, eventually, with a surly, uncooperative staff member who has a surprise for you, since what you get will most likely bear little resemblance to what you ordered. Your outfit, too, will be enhanced by the splatter of coffee that splashes all over it, since (apparently) taking the time to press lids on tightly would require too much time and create even longer delays.

Seriously one of the best Dunkin's I've ever been to. Always fresh donuts & nice people!

I am a regular customer here. Until yesterday I would’ve given it 5 stars. This morning while ordering I double checked that my drink will have almond milk in it and not the dairy milk, and the person (a boy) made fun of me for asking and double checking couple of times that it will not be dairy milk. I felt insulted. When I explained that It’s important for that’s its almond milk due to health reasons, he still kept laughing and making fun of me. I feel really insulted by the attitude of the young man so much so that unfortunately I’ll have to find another Dunkin’ Donuts on my route, in order to avoid such an embarrassing situation again.nYou need to train the young people you employ, regarding courtesy
