Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Great place for desserts with the whole family or with friends. So many flavor options picked with love by the new owner! The shop is sparkling clean! They have tables both inside and outside. It is a must-go in Woodcroft! Will definitely go back again!

I arrived at Menchie’s at 9:45pm on a Tuesday evening. I was confident that I would have ample time to buy some frozen yogurt because on both their website and their store they stated they were open until 10pm. However, that was not the case.nnI walked into the store certain that I would be able to eat some frozen yogurt. I was quickly approached by a rude worker who stated that they had already closed. I asked them why since they were not supposed to close till 10pm. The employee told me that “they closed early for maintenance.” I of course know that that is obviously not true because no company has service done that late at night. It was clear to see that the staff was lazy and was uninterested in serving anymore customers. I was upset and hurried back to my car to drive to Sweet Frog before they closed. They were extremely kind and allowed me to enter and purchase yogurt even though it was 3 minutes till they closed.nnIf I could give Menchie’s less than 1 star I would. Unfortunately that is impossible. If you are smart, you will not waste your time and money at this disappointing excuse for a yogurt shop.

As far as FroYo goes, Menchie’s is my favorite spot. The interior is impeccably clean, they have a rotating variety of tasty flavors, and every topping you can imagine from candy to fruit, hot fudge to whipped cream. Everything is high quality and delicious. I refrain from five stars because the prices are insane. You can get a milkshake at any competitor for $2-$4 or a premium ice cream cone for $4-$6. A modest servicing at Menchies will run $8-$10. A generous serving up to $15. Also, they don’t offer water, not even tap water so it’s another $1.5 for a bottle of water. In the end, it a nice shop with good quality, just be wary how much you put in that cup because it adds up fast.
