I have been going to Biosports for just under a year for chronic hip and low back pain from my military service. My wife recently began treatment for a hiking injury. Our therapist Michael Hansen is truly amazing and this is why...nnHis knowledge and passion are apparent from your first interaction with him. He doesn’t waste one second treating and educating you from the beginning to the end of your time with him.nnToday my appreciation for him furthered as he was treating my wife’s knee pain. It’s been very tough for her prior to going to Biosports. Witnessing Michael’s knowledge, skill and compassion treating your loved one gives nothing but deep gratitude for what he and Biosports does for their patients.

I was having a hard time even walking 50 yards. My back and leg were causing a lot of problems. I was really hoping to avoid surgery. I am doing so much better. I was able to go on a 2 week vacation and walk all day. So grateful. Kind and talented therapists.

Best physical therapy around. I've been to a few others and the people and happy-healing atmosphere at Biosports is unparalleled.

I have been at Biosports for 7 months now and I have made OUTSTANDING improvement. I have multiple auto immune diseases and with them I have developed several soft tissue and structural injuries/side effects, that over the course of the previous 2 years, left me only able to walk about 1k steps a day before the entirety of my legs, knees, feet and ankles swelled. Every single step I took was with a 8 inch shuffling stride that was excruciatingly painful. I spent most days crying after just 15 solid minutes standing. I had seen 4 doctors, took multiple medications, 4 injections in my joints, 1 long term twice a month a month injection and numerous anti inflammatory medicines seeking relief with no results BEFORE finding Biosports.nnI will begin with the front office staff. They are unfailingly polite. They will also go out of their way to accommodate your schedule or call you immediately if an appointment opens up that fits your schedule better. I have had to reschedule suddenly for family emergencies, illness and the office was so caring, understanding and very accommodating. They even asked about the situation specifically the next time they saw me. The physical therapists are the heart and soul of this business. Dustin Smart and Jillian Whitehall aren't just incredibly intelligent and inventive in their approach to treatment, but they have made my experience fun and a part of the day I look forward to. They didn't just stand there and watch me exercise. They collaborated with me over every single step of treatment from warming up, stretching, proper movement, walking, weight lifting, standing, using ice and heat, info about about my specific issues and even my shoes. The patience I have been shown is unlike any experience in medicine I have ever had and I work as an In Home Caregiver. Choosing Biosports for my families PT, massage and physical rehabilitation needs was the best decision I could've made. Thank you Biosports, but especially a huge THANKS to Dustin and Jillian. You have given me a major part of my life back. ❤

The direction and attention I had was good. Unfortunately there was a dispute over some money but the company has rectified this mistake. This does show that this company does stand behind their services.nnBarbara M. Hansen
