Phone staff and nurses could be better- rushed and rude at times. Emily Collette is amazing and does a great job! The phone nurses are not well prepared and don’t even pretend to know who you are- they don’t review your chart and it feels like they are “winging it” I would change practices if it wasn’t for Emily!

Dr. Joel Edwards is a very knowledgeable and caring physician.nI was taken a little before my appointment time. The nurse took the time to sanitize the scales after I used them. All was very professional.
