Highly recommend when you hit the border! The staff is excellent and they have everything you need to plan your visit to OBX!
No warning that restrooms are closed due to covid scare. Luckily there is a gas station right next to it. Only allowed a few people in at a time in the center.

We didn't actually hate this place. We needed a break from travel and all the signage said it was open when in fact, it was not. Not exactly how we would have liked to be welcomed to NC. I guess traveling on New year's day has its perks as well as its drawbacks. Safe travels, y'all!ud83dudc9a
