These guys are awesome. They did everything they could to help me get my rx. They called me with updates frequently and even offered to stay past closing so I pick up my rx. Thank you Washington Valley Pharmacy you guys are the best

10 stars!! This is the best Pharmacy in the Wenatchee Valley. Very kind, great customer service, and also very giving to those in need. I have worked with them when they sponsor the dental bus and flu clinics ....they are always very friendly and professional to all. They are also in Quincy now and do free deliveries.nHighly recommend.... you won’t be disappointed. Oh and with COVID-19..... they have a drive up window.

I was filling my prescriptions at Safeway east wenatchee. What a joke. I call washington Valley pharmacy yesterday to transfer my prescriptions and they had them ready today. Washington Valley Pharmacy you rock. Thank you so much.

Just switched to this pharmacy and they have the best customer service and are speedy..I couldn't find a medicine in town that was out.. brought my prescription in to drive through and in less then 10 mins I was off.. support local businesses!

I started filling my prescriptions with Washington Valley Pharmacy last year. There came a point when it became more convenient for me to fill the prescriptions in Wenatchee at the clinic where I have to go weekly to get blood drawn so I transferred my prescriptions to the clinic. Just recently the clinic was unable to fill one of my prescriptions due to a shortage. I called Washington Valley Pharmacy and they said they had the medication I needed and could fill it, but on one condition; I needed to go through the lengthy process of transferring all of my medications to their pharmacy. If I did not do this, they refused to fill my prescription. I am a Lung Transplant Recipient whose life depends on this medication. If I run out I risk my body rejecting my transplanted lungs which can have fatal outcomes.nnPlease consider using another pharmacy in the Wenatchee Valley because it is clear that Washington Valley Pharmacy cares more about its business and profits than it does helping our community.
