They all are very nice just a little to rushed like a assembly line. But they are very nice throughout the process. I wish they would explain to yr spouses some of the things they want you to do, when you just had six teeth removed as I did I am not paying full attention as I should. You cant talk with a mouth full of gauze to ask questions either. My only complaint is they seemed really rushed but understand they have to be profit driven, and giving the spouse directions for you. As I said they are very nice and at times funny people have no real complaints.

Next time I will pull my own teeth. My appointment was at 9 am and I didn’t leave till 3 pm. I was overcharged for one procedure and Dr Loyd Staggs didn’t finish the other procedure, because the numbness had worn off, because he decided to do 2 other patients in the middle of the procedure while I waited. I’m not a happy customer at all.nThese people do not have any organization and did nothing, but apologize the whole time. Except for Dr. Staggs who explained to me that he had to abandon me, because the others were easier.nHe also offered me to come back for a full examination for one tooth. I guess after being there over 6 hours he needs more time?nEdit one year later, I have to get the procedure finished by an oral surgeon, because the roots were left in and got infected. 3/04/21

Husband paid in full for a full set over a month ago. As soon as this location was paid in full, we’ve been unable to reach to schedule or any follow ups. Finally got a follow up for 1030 today, through general AD contact #, only to sit until 230pm to be told He needed to come back next week for a full day appointment. No one seems to know what’s going on. Poor customer service, lack of communication. Highly suggest different location.
