AWFUL!! Doctors don’t take you seriously & have the audacity to call and tell you that you don’t need an appointment for your symptoms and “there’s nothing they can do for you”. Mind you, I have HEART palpitations and an unknown heart problem that has been progressively worsening and needed basic lab work and just simply wanted my primary care provider to have a baseline on me. Must be because it’s the weekend of July 4th and I was the last appointment, so these doctors are ready to get out of work for the weekend and don’t actually care about their patients.

I was able to get in and out in a matter of moments I was having papers to release to another doctor and they took care of me and they also followed up with the doctor that the files needed to be transferred to they are the best in maiden and Dr. Stump is amazing

Very POOR Client and patient service!! Do not recommend at all!!! We will continue to service our healthcare needs with top Quality providers outside of Catawba County and NOT CVMC Maiden!!! Sorry we even attempted to be seen there!! TERRIBLE Patient service!!
