Mountain Ear Hearing Associates are amazing. My Specialist is Samantha Lackey. Samantha and her Assistant are Wonderful. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Samantha is great to work with. She does not pressure you into buying. She explains the difference between the the different hearing aids so you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend Mountain Ear Hearing Associates-Black Mountain!

Rick has done a wonderful job serving my needs especially in dealing with the problems with my aids. He is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with the manufacturer over the telephone In making adjustments to my aids interacting with my iPhone.

As a hearing impaired newcomer to Western North Carolina, I have been served by Rick Moore at Mountain Hearing Associates in Black Mountain, NC for the past year. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, efficient and winsome. The office is attractive, well staffed and supplied with all necessary equipment. I highly recommend both Rick and Mountain Hearing Associates.
