Is probably my company's fault, but if I could have had the forms in advance, my wait time could have been cut considerably. I do not appreciate arriving at a doctor's office @7:45 am and Everyone who arrived after gets in before me. A simple email with an attachment of blank forms would suffice, then I could fill out intelligently, print legibly and bring with me. One I filled them out, I was soon called and the exam itself was a breeze.

Do not go to this office unless you expect to wait 30minutes to an hour each appointment. You will also see staff members wondering the facilities without their masks and when you ask them to wear them properly you will be yelled at by the owner of the facility. This is the worst care I have ever received, I came in for an ultrasound for a time sensitive medical problem and the staff failed to inform me that I needed a full bladder and then proceeded to cancel my appointment and referred me to the ER after making me wait 45 minutes just to be turned away for their failed communications. This office is absolutely horrible, save yourself the pain and go anywhere else.

Since 2004 this practice has been perfectly accomodating with all my medical needs. I am truly grateful. My wait times have never been more than just several minutes and every staff member has been kind as well as totally professional. Whenever i need an appointment one is made very soon. Thank you, Family Care!
